Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping:

Economy shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.

Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Delivery times for Economy, Standard, and Express shipping are not guaranteed. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These delays are the responsibility of the carrier and are not within our control.

Address Accuracy:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

⚠️ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, only the product cost will be refunded once the item is returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any additional fees required to return the package to our business will be charged to the customer. If the package is not returned, no refund will be issued.
